Retirement Planning

Planning your retirement? It's vital to make the right decisions to ensure you maximise investment returns and vest your pension in the way that best suits your needs.

There are several stages to pension planning. Fraser James Partnership can help you with all areas, including: maximising income, taking pension benefits either in the form of an Open Market Option (OMO) or purchasing an annuity (a pension for life), or the more specialist areas of Drawdown (Flexible Access and Phased).

It is never too early to start planning for your retirement. If you start early, you may be able to build up sufficient funds, which will have longer to grow before you require your benefits. If you have left retirement planning until later in life, it's always worthwhile speaking to our qualified pension advisers.

For the more sophisticated investor, we can advise on Self Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs) and, although not regulated by FCA, Small Self-Administered Schemes (SSAS).

At Fraser James Partnership, we believe there is always a solution. For more information and guidance, or to speak with one of our qualified advisers, please contact us in confidence, at any time.

The value of your investments can go down as well as up, so you could get back less than you invested. The value of your income from your investment can go down as well as up. Past performance is no guarantee of future returns. Thresholds, percentage rates and tax legislation may change in subsequent Finance Acts. Levels and bases of, and reliefs from, taxation are subject to change and their value depends on the individual circumstances of the investor.
